I absolutely love going to Bellas Bodyworks for massages and reiki sessions. Caryn is absolutely amazing. I have a very stressful job and I am a mother to two young sons. I first went to Bellas Bodyworks for a prenatal massage because I was feeling stressed and fatigued. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks and my energy levels were through the roof for the majority of the rest of my pregnancy. This is now the only place I go to for my massage/reiki needs. The room is clean and inviting and there is soft ambient music playing in the background. Caryn has you fill out a questionnaire before your session so she can figure out how best to serve you during the session. Honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Try it out and I'm sure you will agree!

Caryn has a special talent. I got a free chair message at the Holbrook Atlantis Gym last year. As soon as she got near my shoulder she said wow you need help with that! Of course I knew something was messed up but as time went on it got worse and I kind of ignored it as best I could. Caryn insisted I go see Shawn who works at Furnace Brook Physical Therapy at Atlantis. Not only did she correctly diagnose that I had a problem she pinpointed it in exactly the right place. It took months of therapy before it showed up as the spot that was messed up! All the other muscles etc had gotten messed up trying to compensate for what was really wrong. I would recommend Caryn and Bellas very highly!
